I know you can't vote while incarcerated, but after you're out are you prohibited from voting then too?
Another thought I had while I was voting (I've never had a felony or been to jail, it was a random thought)...
I was leaving my precinct and while I was leaving a guy walked in who looked like a pedophile. If you're a registered sex offended and your precinct is a school can you still vote or do you have to do a absentee ballot? I'm not sure on other states but I'm in Michigan and a registered sex offender can't go within 1000 feet of a school.
I never said I had a felony (in-fact I mentioned I do not), I asked if someone with one can vote and about precinct regulations in regards to sex offenders.
I'm a republican.
