Can you use your PC as a Bluetooth Audio player?

I'm aware that you can connect your PC to a wireless Bluetooth audio player and use that to play music (I believe via BlueSoleil), but can you do it the other way around? I want my iPod touch (Firmware 3.0 with Bluetooth) to be able to 'stream' music to my PC via Bluetooth, making my PC act as a Bluetooth stereo player.
And yes, I have a Bluetooth Radio from Cambridge Silicon.
