Krav Maga is effective . You could help around the gym and earn some credit off of your fees. Krav Maga is a real good martial art but go online on the Krav Maga official website and make sure they are part of the approved teachers list and not a hack. A good guy online is Chris and I forget his last name. He teaches by video but it works.
