Sorry Blackberry Storm is only available for Verizon Wireless. Verizon Wireless uses CDMA network which doesn't use any sim cards on their cell phones.
T-Mobile uses GSM network which requires sim cards on their cell phones. Two different networks. So there is no way to use the Blackberry Storm on T-Mobile.
