Can you use Rogers iPhone with Bell SIM card?

I want to buy an iPhone that was previously used on rogers but i have a bell SIM card so i was wondering if it could work with my SIM card?
 
HI no you can't use Rogers locked iphone in bell sim until you unlock your iphone ..You can easily unlock your iphone using sites like MobileUnlockSolutions.com here they are rendering remote unlocking service to unlock all model iphone .After unlocking your iphone you can freely use it with any GSM sim ...
