Can you use Excel on the Samsung Fascinate, or Droid X?

Getting a new phone sometime soon, and am wondering if the Samsung Fascinate, or the Droid X can use Excel. I am in an accounting class, and I know I'll be missing a few days of school which is a lot for that one class. So I'm wondering it one of those phones is able to use Excel, like if I email myself the file, can I download it onto the phone, and keep up with the rest of the class?
