Can you use ATF+4 Synthetic in a Cadillac Transmission?

Oh crap, I just put ATF+4 in my Cadillac Tranmission mistakenly (don't ask). I know I'm supposed to use Dextron III at least. Anyone know of any problems this can create? I know you can use DEX in a Chrystler for sure, but can you go the other way?
