That's why they developed bleach alternatives, so that they can be used with colored clothes. Clorox came out with the first bleach alternative, even tho they are mostly known for their chlorine bleach for whites.
But I agree with other answer, use oxyclean. It's great. I use it in every wash. There are other cheaper brands but I prefer the best of them all---Oxyclean.
