Can you use a normal SD card on the Wii??

I am assuming (hoping) the answer is yes, but I just want to make sure I don't have to buy one of those ridiculous $60 1 GB "Wii" SD Cards. Will a normal Kingston 1GB do the trick?

Yes you can use any SD card. They wouldn't have made it a plain SD slot if they only wanted you using nintendo brand cards, think about it for a second.
