can you upload vids from Panasonic NV-GS60 with usb?

yes, of-course you can...as long as you've got a usb cable.
If your having trouble:
1) make sure that if you had a cd with your cam recorder, it may be software that needs to be installed in order for your computer to recognise the device.
2) Once the software has been installed, plug the usb cable into laptop or computer and the camera and a links should come up asking you what you would like to do with your device, eg..upload/import pictures or videos from device, open file etc
3) if that link does not appear, click start-computer and then you should see your device.
