Alright so, Verizon lists that I can upgrade my phone(discounted price) via their store on November 25th. However, when I talked to the guy running the kiosk at Costco he told me I could upgrade a week early from my contract expiration date. I'm looking to upgrade to the Droid Razr M and I have two questions, is November 25th the date my contract with Verizon expires and can you upgrade your phone a weel early on Verizon without being charged an ETF?
