Can you trust your criminal defense lawyer for everything?

If I tell my lawyer that I might be in a suicidal situation (cant go to jail) because of my case- does he have the right (legally) to tell police or anyone about it if i insist not to? (i'm 19 first time offender facing against fraud under 5000)
I live in Toronto, Ontario, CANADA
NO IS NOT ENOUGH!!!! I WILL SUICIDE
