A girl that is in my class and I am growing to be good friends with (Kids same age, we are the same age, lots in common etc.) pretty much told me that she lives the way she does through prostitution. She has several men that she has sex with who provide her housing, her SUV, clothes, gas, bills, EVEN INSURANCE!! I was shocked. Literally. I just assumed her parents paid her way or something. She doesn't have a "job" and each of them know about the other men, and it is like something out of a movie. I hate to say it, but I think so much less of her now. I don't know why, well its the fact she has sex for gifts, but according to her, no sex is free and we all get something in return. I just feel shocked and it makes me feel like she is someone I do not want to be around anymore, but I don't want to be judgmental.
