Can you tell me what you think about this poem?

I just started writing poems and I need to know if this is good for me to say to my GF:

Your more than just a girl, your one of a kind
I don't know what makes me feel this way inside
Is it your beauty and style
or is it your eyes and perfect smile
I just want one thing and thats for us to be together
and make this relationship last forever
Our love is like the sun, it never burns out
I love you 100% without a doubt
You have a lot of things that make you special
There are so many that I can't name them all
But there are 2 things that are at the top of the list
and it's the way that you hug and kiss
Your hugs are the warmest things that my heart has ever felt
but when you kiss me, is when my heart starts to melt
I know you feel the same when I hold you
When I say I love you, you say I love you too
But like I said before I don't know what makes me feel this way inside
Your more than just a girl, your one of a kind.
