It was about this girl who got into trouble. It was pretty old. She was probably 9 years old with short black hair and i think a red dress, kinda looks like betty boop. I remember one episode specifically where she was skipping school and had a dream that she went fishing, and it had a song and in the dream she turned into a fish and was on the moon and stuff. PLEASE HELP!
