can you tell me how to get more horsepower out of my Ducati 1098?

If you have to ask then are you actually safe to ride it as it is?

Buy the race kit for it .
You can unlock the traction control with the right ECU aswell
 
How much more, and how bad do you want it? There's heaps that can be done!

1. Reduce weight (Chassis)-Carbon fibre wheels and rotors, mirrors etc
(Engine)- Titanium Conrods, 500gm lighter than the
stock rods.
- Lightened Flywheel

2. Performance - Cam grind
- Match-port & Flow-test Head
- Hi - Comp Piston
- etc.....

Alot of work and very costly, are you sure you really need more Hp? You do realise your riding one of the quickest bikes on the road already don't you? I've never seen a MORTAL ever make the most a bike like this
I'f you say it needs more power then you obviously can't ride it.
