I'm going to start high school in the fall and I got my Program of Studies and took a tour of my school recently. The way that our high school works is that you take Health for two marking periods and for the other two marking periods, you take two different gym classes (one per marking period) and by senior year, you'll have 3.2 Health/PE credits. I'm horrible at sports so for my PE classes I was going to take Pilates and Aerobics or Yoga next year because those are offered among many other classes. I was wondering if I would be able to take Pilates and Aerobics or Yoga every year or if I have to take 8 different gym classes throughout my whole high school career (2 per year x 4 years = 8 classes). If I have to take 8 different types of gym classes, can you please reccomend some for me? I'm not sporty at all and my options are:
~Aerobics
~Archery
~Badminton (I am semi-good at this but still pathetic)
~Basketball
~Cooperative/Team Games (I hate teams and working with other people)
~Fitness/Conditioning
~Flag Football
~Flag Rugby
~Floor Hockey
~Golf
~Kin-Ball
~Lacrosse
~Pickleball
~Pilates
~Power Walking
~Self-Defense/Safety
~Soccer
~Softball
~Strength & Flexibility
~Team Handball
~Tennis
~Ultimate Frisbee
~Volleyball
~Yoga
