I have a 1966 Pontiac Ventura with factory air mounted under dash. The air doesnt work and I want to remove it completely from the car. My question is can it be removed without damaging the engine? I ask because I see many parts advertised online wich state 389 w/AC or 389 w/o AC etc so I am wondering if I can completely remove the system without damaging the engine? Also which all parts should be removed in order for the entire system to be out?
Can you take AC out of a 1966 Pontiac Ventura (Catalina) without hurting the engine?
