all of them are pills of course, but yea would there be a reaction with the birth control? i heard some medications like st. john's wort don't work well if you take birth control. will all of these still work well and they are okay to mix? the birth control is the generic brand of loestrin 1 20 fe and i have taken fish oil for my skin and hair, a probiotic helps my stomach issues, and a mulitvitamin just for good health and energy..the birth control is because i get horrible cramps so i won't stop taking that lol.
Can you take a mulitvitamin, fish oil, & a probiotic while on birth control?
