I was just wondering if it's possible because I have so many interests that falls in the category of liberal arts but at the same time, I'm also interested in taking medicine to be a surgeon. I was planning to take biochemistry or psychology for my pre-med but i'd be happier to learn liberal arts and then medicine. The problem is, I'm not sure if it's alright to have liberal arts as my pre-med. I wouldn't want to spend 8 yrs or more for liberal arts and another more years which is possibly 10-16 yrs for medicine. What do you think is the best option for me?
In addition, I don't actually want to teach (even if it's related to medicine) as my full time job. I only want to gain knowledge since our world, and everything in it are so spectacular and I want to learn so much from it. I do see myself as a surgeon, writing books, and possibly giving lectures, having workshops, something like that.
I only have two more years to graduate. Well, it's better to be prepared.
