Can you switch to national guard before my contract with active army ends?

I have a 6 year contract in active army. Can i switch to National guard before the 6 years are up?
 
Yes you can, there are certain restrictions of course, but it should be fairly simple. Contact your nearest National Guard recruiter for more information.
