Can you switch from the Navy to the Army if you have a ship date and have

already accepted a specific job.....? Can you switch from the Navy to the Army if you have a ship date and have already accepted a specific job? I have accepted a job as an information systems tech after basic training in January of this upcoming year with the Navy, I am really thinking about going to the Army instead am I able to still do this or am I now Navy for good?
