You sure can, it would be best if you use the complete engine wiring harness, If the engine in the truck is the one your going to put in the durango it would be best to unplug the engine wiring harness for the truck and use it in the durango a long with the trucks engine.
yes but you will have to swap over the sensors,mounts etc,check everything to make sure they are the same,you can call any salvage yard they can tell you.
