84 Ford F250

so i am trying to figure out what my best option is at this point, i have an 1984 Ford F-250 which i think currently has a blown head gasket and the repair estimate differs from everyone i talk to. So my question is if i swap motors can i just swap my Carbuerated 302 for a fuel injected 302. Or do i need something special to do that, or can i just swap the intakes on the motors, what does it pertian in doing??
