They say they have a 5 star safety rating, and that their airbags will deploy if you get into a bad enough accident. Well, on December 14th, 2010, my husband && I got hit by a semi truck. We have/had a 2009 Camry LE. We got hit in the front, && on the side. The problem is, is that not a single airbag deployed like they said and showed on their crash tests.
We took pictures to show how bad the damage is, && to show that none of the airbags deployed. We also have the medical bills from when my husband got hurt in that accident, along with pictures of while he was in the hospital from the accident. We're greatful to be alive!
The accident was a hit && run by the semi truck. They still haven't found the person who did it.
