I'm 15 years old and my oldest sister is 34 years old, and mostly every time an argument starts, she always disrespects me ,yells at me, and always puts her hands on me. For example: she pushes me ,puts her hand around my neck or face, threatens to hit me with her high heels, and well so more things I don't want to explain. I am tired of her doing this because it has happened more than once, it happened plenty of times. Is it possible too sue her?
Can you sue someone for putting their hands on you?
