I recently was in a car accident, & the estimate of the cost to fix it is $1,183.03. It was the other persons fault, but they don't have insurance, so I would have to pay my deductible [$1,000, which is money I don't have, so obviously I'm going to have to file a lawsuit. So, I was just wondering if I will also be able to sue for the cost of filing the lawsuit as well?
Can you sue for court costs in a lawsuit?
