Can you substitute Sour apple schnapps for green apple sour puss?

I'm looking to make jell-o shots and i don't want to go out and buy apple schnapps if green apple sour puss would be just the same (since i already have it) would it taste any different. I have never tried apple schnapps so i don't really know. the shots i am looking to make are Watermelon Jell-O with Sour apple schnapps and Peach Jell-O with the schnapps.

any help would be great, even some suggestion on jell-o shots with sour puss would be helpful.
