can you still short sell your home after you recieve a trustee sale ?

ok .. so my mom already sold the house in a short sale earlier today ,, but she found a letter of a trustees sale(when the county sells your house to a bidder ) that she recieved about a month from now . i want to know if she can sell it even with a trustees sale ? (ps we live in arizona )
