i run/jog for an hour everyday and started dancing again.. i also do pushups and go to the gym to do weight training as much as i can. i dont really feel the need to NOT eat certain foods i love food nd i only have one life im not going to obsess over being skinny and not eating.. i basically will eat as much as i want and would rather work out.. should i run for longer amounts of time if im eating more? any advice on good exercises to speed up my metabolism alot
