Can you still get disqualified at reception in the army?

So basically I was wondering if you can still get DQed during reception? For some reason I have high blood pressure. I run 2 miles a day and work out 5 days a week and I passed at MEPS (barely). I leave for BCT in mid October. So can you get DQed for anything at reception and if so for what? Any tips on how I can lower my blood pressure. THX
