Can you still get an "All American Meal" at McDonalds these days?

Can you still get an "All American Meal" at McDonalds these days? The last time I've ordered one was in 2004 and I know they havent had them on the printed menu since the early 90's. Either way in 2004 they rang it up like it was no big deal.

Does McDonalds still offer this freaking awesome meal?
 
Well when i started working just june 2008 people asked for the 'All American Meal' and i always asked my sister (whose the manager) what meal is that? Then she told me but when i was working people were able to order that meal.! Im not sure if we are in different places and that might be the reason why you may not find any around.
