I weight 130lbs, but last year at this time was at 120lbs with the same diet of high protein, low carb. This year I have a job, and my time at the gym has become limited, now I work out minimally at 4-6 hours a week instead of last year, where I was working out 3 hours daily at 5x a week. Can I still gain muscle with lighter exercise, what if I don't work out at all but keep a high protein diet?
