Can you Spray paint lip rings, and disinfect them and then wear them? is something

bad gonna happend? will something bad happen if i spray painted them?
What if i soaked them in rubbing alcohole after they are dried?
 
Personally, I wouldn't risk it. There might be an additive in the paint that you don't know about and it can cause an infection or something. Also the paint is likely to chip/flake which is just going to look tacky.
There are so many different coloured lip rings out there these days, just shop around until you find what you're looking for.
