I want to send my husband a package and he is overseas. I know that is will not get there by Christmas, which is okay because he already got his Christmas stuff. But I want to send him some other things and I want to know if it can be sent UPS or only USPS. Also, what is the most economical way to send a packag that is approx 20x14x10? Let me know if a zip code is required in order for this question to be answered, but I have ben told it is an OPSEC violation to disclose this info. Thanks!
