I have a wireless internet adapter that works on my wireless network. It is currently connected to my directtv HD DVR and I have internet connectivity. I tried using an old wired router, where I connected the wireless internet adapter to the wlan and then connect my directtv, bluray player and flat screen to the various ports of the wired adapter. I disabled DHCP but cannot get an internet connection with this setup.
Can you share a wireless Internet Adapter with several appliances? If so how?
