Okay my brother was with this girl
and they broke up an stuff well she
was sayin she was preganet an like
she needed money and stuff well she
would show him bellly pixtures never of
her face though i started thinkin well my brother
is not a bitch he would send her money cause
she left out of town for the year so he would send
her money n stuff well now we find out it was a lie
she even sent him pixtures of a little girl new born
and shit he was mad cause he had been sendin
her money an stuff now to know she was never preganet
it was nothing but lies curious can any one get sent to
jail or any thing???

please no dumb answers if u dont understand

Well, she scammed him pretty good. . ., it is fraud; so, yes he could try to press charges. Trouble is proving it. She is just going to claim it was all gift money, that she never said anything about being pregnant. Unless he has proof she will not get charged.
