Can you sell military weapons to NATO?

If you are a private weapons manufacturer can you sell weapons to any country from NATO because Boeing and Lockheed sold F-22 Raptors to the U.S,Israeli,U.K and Canadian military for 70 milliona unit so i want to know if i can sell weapons it can be Subs,aircraft,artillery,battleships and arms to any country in the NATO agreement
