Can you see text messages sent to a different phone on your account?

I have a young cousin that just moved with me and she is constantly into trouble and all she does is text. She is not supposed to be talking to certain people but I think she is because she is still getting into trouble. I check her cell often but she always erases all of the text messages and phone calls made.

I want to know if there is a way that I can receive the text messages that are sent to her cell phone? They are both on my account.
