You can not remove the cover because the headlamp is one assembly,if you are wanting to do this because your headlamps are milky you will have to buy a 3 step cleaning kit for it. Be careful because some of the after market kits are junk you will be better off going to a specialty store(one that has detailing items) to get the kit.
