Can you recommend a Windows 7 A2DP Compatible bluetooth dongle?

I have a bluetooth headset that uses A2DP (stereo sound, music, etc) that used to work fine with windows xp, but when I upgraded to windows 7, my dongle was not compatible.

Can anyone recommend a Windows 7 A2DP compatible bluetooth dongle.

Bonus point: anyone know why windows is lagging so badly on wireless support in Windows 7?
