Can you recommend a good camping site?

My friends and I are looking for camping grounds in Pennsylvania, New Jersey or Delaware that is near the river. We would like to go tubing and hiking when we camp. The kind of camping we like is in tents, so we do not need to have any electrical sites. There will be 6-8 of us, so we need 2 sites. Can you help?
