I gave my apartment complex my 30 day notice at the beginning of the month. I just received a 3 day pay or quit, by e-mail, because they are saying I am breech of my contract. I have 2 cats, the I just recently brought to the apartment. They have not been living with me at the apartment. But because I had given my 30 days, I thought it would be ok to bring them to the apartment.
Can they give me a 3 day saying I am in violation of my contract even though I have already given my 30 day?
