Can you put pc oblivion mods on xbox 360 like off the TESNexus or Planet Elderscrolls?

Okay I got Oblivion for Xbox 360 and I noticed you can get Mods on the PC version...

So I was wondering if you could put those mods on the Xbox 360 version?
