Can you put nail glue on pre-glued fake nails to make them last longer?

I've got these pre-glued fake nails and I don't think they're like waterproof or anything, so can I put nail glue on them and then stick them on to make them last longer? Otherwise I'll just go out and by some more tomorrow.
