Can you put Mac OS on a dell?

I kill my HDD every season for all the hard core hackin i do. but can you run a Mac instlation disc instead of a windows? im thinking this is sort of possible, exept for like a lot of stuff like the key board not working and stuff. and all the fire wire shizz, but tell me what you think

Im not a beginner in this category, ive installed over 100 OS's from 95-Vista
