This is as long as you know how to do it. It's all about technique and strength is not needed.
Don't forget to put a couple of pounds of air into the tube prior to fitting the tyre. Put the tube into the tyre. Place the tyre over the rim, one side first. Make sure that the rim of the tyre is located in the well of the rim at the place where you begin to fit the tyre (second side). Slowly work around the rim and when you get to the opposite side to where you began, just pop the tyre into the rim. I usually start opposite the valve so that the valve can be located away from the rim to ensure that the bead of the tyre is fully in the rim well. If it nearly fits but not quite, take a bit of air out of the inner tube and lubricate the tyre with a little washing up liquid.
