Hi I need some info.. I have a 98 deville standard cadillac rims/tires. I want to buy 20 inch rims/tires from a guy off a 2001 deville. He said merchants told him he would need a wheel tire kit that cost $50.00 a tire. What is this for ?? Also can he put my rims/tires on his 2001 deville ?? He wants a even swap so I dont think he is trying to rip me off because even if I had to pay the 200 the rims are worth 1,200. Any info is appreciated thanks again
