can you put 2010 ninja 250 body on a 2007 ninja 250 bike?

i got a little shitty 2007 250 ninja, i scratched it up a bit and was wondering if you could put a 2010 body of a 250 ninja on a 2007 because i like the 250 series but the only thing is that i really want it to look cool, as in the 2010 style, also if it is possible about how much would it cost?
