Can you purchase apps on the android market and put the charge on your phone bill?

Whenever i goto buy apps that require money, it takes me to the google checkout and the only option is to pay with a credit card. is there a way for me to buy the apps and have them goto my phone bill instead of my credit card? Note: i havent gone past the option for what im paying with so idk wat happens from there
